• To cater to the Increasing demand for workboats, primarily for larger, powerful workboats with draft of 4.5 meters to 6 meters
• Focused builder / repairing yard for tugs & offshore vessels in India currently
• Access and service new markets in India and abroad
• Enhance repair infrastructure for repair of vessels plying on the Indian West coast; especially Coast Guard and Naval vessels and other trading vessels .
• Enter into production of Patrol vessels for the Coast guard and Navy
• Set up dedicated in house facility for production of ship’s fittings
• Seamlessly integrate all shipyard functions in different sites in an ERP environment.
