Tebma Shipyards Ltd. (TSL) is a professionally managed 24 years old Chennai based company engaged in Shipbuilding and its activities include, inter alia, design & construction of various specialty ships like Tugs, PSVs, OSVs, MPSVs, Dredgers, Pilot Launches/Survey vessels, Barges, Pontoons, Floating cranes, Patrolling Boats and other ocean going vessels including etc. TSL has been accredited with ISO 9001 -2000 QMS certification from BV in respect of its design and construction process. TSL Invites Expression of Interest from reputed contractors experienced in heavy industrial works, for carrying out following ship building activities at their Malpe Ship Building Complex, near Udipi in South Karnataka. Hull fabrication and erection jobs: Fabrication of Hull blocks of various blocks - mobilization of at least 75 to 100 qualified workmen and supervising staff Pipe Fabrication and erection jobs: Fabrication of pipe pieces as per isometric/2D pipe piece drawings - experience in process piping, preferably ship board piping systems – mobilization of at least 75 to 100 people with supervisor , welders , skilled fitter & welders who can handle automatic /semiautomatic welding machines Control and Instrumentation: Installation of capillary tubing for control and instrumentation job, including fabrication and erection of required clamps, penetrations etc onboard vessels - Installation of pressure switches/transmitters, temperature switches/transmitters and other similar field instruments, including capillary work clamping etc. - experience in shipboard control and instrumentation work , cable termination etc. Machinery: Shipboard machinery installation, propeller shaft alignment and commissioning activities, rudder sighting, oil flushing of piping system - qualified technicians and engineers to carry out shaft and engine alignment jobs.
