Industrial Engineer ( AGM / Sr.Manager Level)

An engineering graduate with PG in Industrial Engineering having 12 to 15 years of experience in Heavy Engineering industries. Experience in ship building industry will be preferred. The responsibility would include:

Constant review of methods engineering / work measurement & suggest improvisation

Review of Plant Lay out and faclity planning.

Suggest & implement advanced manufacturing concepts / Strategies

Suggest appropriate equipment engineering.

Focus on Statistical Quality and Process Control

Commercial (AGM /Senior Manager Level)

An engineering graduate with 12 ~15 year of experience / have good knowledge in,

tender review , contract review , design review

submission of quotes

handling the customer

Price intelligence

Business development

He should have a good negotiation skill.

Production Engineer / Supervisor

An Engineering graduates with 3~5 years experience or DME with 6 ~ 8 years experience in production activity of a heavy engineering industry, preferably in ship building. He should have good working knowledge of fabrication with good man management skill.

Sr.Manager / Manager – Sub contracts

Graduates, preferably engineering graduate with 10 ~12 years of experience preferably in,

Optimising sub contract manpower utilisation

Ensuring availablity of skilled contract manpower at all times

Identification of potential contractor who has the requisite skill & manpower

Developing new contractors in the ship building

Facility Management for sub contractors / Administration of various facilities

Good understanding of the nuances of contracting especially in fabrication / heavy engineering industry
