Community Support

Tebma Shipyards have always believed in living in harmony with the local community while promoting community interests through welfare measures. Training the local talent in job skills and promoting their employment potential has always been a priority with Tebma’s Management. In Malpe, Tebma Shipyards have voluntarily undertaken to set up a slipway for hauling and repairing fishing boats, at its own cost, for the benefit of the fishing community.

Tebma is currently offering technical support to an educational institution for training under - informed youngsters and shape them in to multi-tasking shipbuilding technicians.
